We regret to inform you that your Payza Card is no longer fully functional. Because of Payza's Bitcoin and cryptocurrency services, one of our Payza Card providers has opted to stop issuing and servicing Payza Cards.

This follows the revelation earlier this month that several cryptocurrency debit cards from a wide range of companies were also canceled by their issuers. At this time we do not expect full services to be restored to your Payza Card.

Please be aware that you may no longer able to perform the following actions: Load funds (add funds to your Payza Card from your Payza Account) Unload funds (add funds to your Payza Account from your Payza Card) View your Payza Card balance within your Payza Account You Can Still Use Your Payza Card for One Month You can still use the funds on your Payza Card to make online purchases, in-store purchases, and ATM withdrawals. You can also check your Payza Card balance at most ATMs (standard fees will still apply).

These functions will be available until February 11, 2018, after which time we will provide an update to inform you how any remaining funds on your Payza Card will be returned. We share your disappointment in this news and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our team is working hard to find alternative solutions to this issue.
